Tweaking the config file sounds interesting. Minetest only has 5 woods, so I had to steal the palette and bark textures from Mineclone 5 and More Trees mod for mangrove, warped, crimson, and dark oak. For now I just put a fan next to my laptop for additional cooling. The thing is, I don't have income since covid-19 and also have family, so I don't want to buy something not necessary at the moment. I'm not sure which mod started it, so I'll try that today. My hardware is so weak, that my game is lagging a lot now (the laptop I have is from 2008 with an onboard graphic card and surrounding temperatures here are around 32☌/90☏)

Unfortunately I don't get cottages, villages and moresnow running.Īlso I might kick out moretrees, because some trees are that big, that it takes a full day to chop them down (I like it nice looking, so no half trees standing around) and I don't really like the plank textures of some.
